Slaughterhouse Cold Room

WALL PANEL

Wall panels are produced by injecting polyurethane at a density of 40-42 kg/m3 between two sheets of galvanized polyester painted and ribbed sheets, as standard. Panel surface material is not limited to polyester and can optionally be PVC, CrNI, Plastisol or Galvanized Sheet. Thanks to the eccentric locking mechanism, the panels are tightly locked together to ensure minimum heat transfer during assembly.

FLOOR PANEL

Slaughterhouse Cooling Unit

Standard floor panels use 10 mm thick patterned plywood on the upper surface to prevent slipping, and 0.50 mm thick galvanized polyester painted sheet metal on the lower surface. Upon request, the upper surface of the floor panel can be produced using 0.5 mm thick CrNi sheet on OSB. Floor panels can withstand 1500 kg/m2 fixed and 200 kg/m2 live load. The panels produced can be produced in thicknesses of 50-80-100-150-200 mm, with a fixed width of 1110 mm and up to 13 meters in length. Thanks to the eccentric locking mechanism, the panels are tightly locked together to ensure minimum heat transfer during assembly.

CEILING PANEL

Ceiling panels are produced by injecting 40-42 kg/m3 density polyurethane between two galvanized polyester painted and ribbed sheets as standard. Panel surface material is not limited to polyester and can optionally be PVC, CrNI, Plastisol or Galvanized Sheet. Thanks to the eccentric locking mechanism, the panels are tightly locked together to ensure minimum heat transfer during assembly.

Cooling Devices

HERMETIC SPLIT TYPE

Split Type Hermetic Condenser Units are suitable for cold rooms and aisle cooling with low capacity needs. Thanks to its small compact design, it is easy to install and maintain. Sound pressure values are at minimum level.

INDUSTRIAL TYPE COOLING

Industrial Type Condenser Units are suitable for industrial facilities with medium and high capacity cooling needs. Compact design, it is easy to install and maintain. Efficiency is at a high level in our cooling devices where high capacity compressors are used.

SCROLL SPLIT TYPE

Sound and vibration are at low levels in Split Type Scroll Condenser Units. It is especially suitable for market and supermarket applications. Energy consumption is at a minimum level with energy efficiency applications.

SHOCK COOLING UNITS

It is suitable for applications where long-term or short-term frozen preservation is required and products are required to be reduced below freezing temperature in a short time.

SEMI HERMETIC SPLIT TYPE

Split Type Semi-Hermetic Condenser Units are suitable for low and medium capacity cooling needs. It offers wide selection options thanks to its wide capacity ranges.

CENTRAL COOLING SYSTEMS

Central Systems are suitable for industrial cold storage facilities and supermarkets with high cooling needs. It is shipped with the condenser separate or on the system. It offers a wide selection range in capacities with 3, 4 and 5 compressors for semi-hermetic compressors and 4 to 12 compressors for scroll compressors.
